Terms of Service – Pick and Pack Prepping

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Pick and Pack Prepping (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Services Provided

We provide FBA prep and logistics services including receiving inventory, inspection, labeling (FNSKU), poly bagging, bundling, packaging, storage, and shipping to Amazon fulfillment centers. We also offer direct to consumer shipping services.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate product and shipment information

Ensuring products comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines

Providing necessary documentation and instructions

Clients may provide authorized access to required systems solely for the purpose of fulfilling services in compliance with Amazon policies.

 

3. Service Accuracy

We take reasonable care in handling inventory; however, clients are responsible for verifying shipment details and product compliance before and after processing.

 

4. Turnaround Times

Processing and shipping times may vary based on volume, shipment size, and operational conditions. We strive to complete services in a timely and efficient manner.

 

5. Fees and Payments

All services are subject to agreed-upon pricing. Payment terms must be fulfilled before shipment release unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers or Amazon fulfillment centers

Issues arising from non-compliant products

Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

 

7. Storage and Inventory

We may store inventory as part of our services. Clients are responsible for timely shipment instructions and removal of inventory when requested.

 

8. Compliance with Amazon Policies

All services are performed in accordance with Amazon’s requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring their products and business practices comply with Amazon policies.

 

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if terms are violated or if activities conflict with Amazon policies or legal requirements.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
